IT Support Technician
Learn how computers, networks, and operating systems actually work — the way a good tech learns on the job. Build a machine, troubleshoot real failures, and run a help-desk shift against an AI customer who won't just hand you the answer.
Cybersecurity Fundamentals
Step into the defender's chair: threats, cryptography, secure networks, and a live Security Operations Center. Work real alerts, run an incident, and learn the one rule that never bends — recognize and defend, never attack.
